Role Description 

T&P are looking for a number of Account Executives to join our Client Services/Planning Teams, to support across key client teams. The Client Services/Planning Teams are the central hub to all clients’ teams, bringing together audience and channel insights with platform innovation to everything we do. We work across disciplines to deliver innovative and effective media planning solutions while ensuring excellent client services.  

  • Role Location: London, UK 
  • Reporting into: Account Manager / Account Director 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop a baseline of media planning knowledge across channels. 
  • Learn and use media systems and tools including, but limited to, Open, TGI, Pathmatics, AdIntel, etc.  
  • Run and analyse reports including audience insights, competitors etc.  
  • Build your own knowledge by staying on top of the latest trends and news impacting the media industry.  
  • Assist with financial processes e.g. PO trackers, bookings, reconciliations, queries.   
  • Learn the fundamentals of effective campaign management including updating schematics, providing media plans to clients, working with creative partners, owning creative deliverables etc.  
  • Champion ways to integrate WPP’s proprietary AI platform Open across your client and the wider team. 

 Skills and Experience 

  • A self-starter who demonstrates curiosity and works well in a fast-paced environment. 
  • You like to combine creativity with numbers and problem solving. 
  • You are someone who both champions and challenges – themselves, their team, and their clients. 
  • Have an inquisitive and curious mindset, wanting to understand and learn more about media and your clients.  
  • High attention to detail with a drive to make sure the collective output is an excellent standard. 
  • Team player with a positive attitude. 
  • You are proactive; always on the lookout for ways to contribute to the team.
