About the Opportunity

As part of our Paid Social Team you will be responsible for the creation, implementation and optimization of ad campaigns for one of the biggest brands in the world. You’ll work with budgets into the millions, working on some of the largest Advertising campaigns across all the Social Media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the day-to-day paid media management of our large portfolio of campaigns
  • Mentoring less experienced members of the Paid and Campaign delivery team
  • Optimizing social campaigns across multiple campaigns across all channels
  • Being data-focused and mathematically inclined
  • Displaying creativity when using ad tools
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to constantly improve our paid social strategies.
  • Driving ROI and trackable conversions not just to amplify views
  • Tracking conversion and pixel implementation
  • Explaining a paid strategy to clients
  • Working well in teams and thriving under pressure
  • Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying strategies for each brand and their target audience
  • Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the client services team in selling paid media services
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and paid media campaigns are delivered
  • Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple social campaigns
  • Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with results

Role Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid social campaigns, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • A proven track record of success in developing and executing effective paid social strategies that drive results for clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. US Pay Range

$60,000 - $140,000 USD
