If you have a strong track record in retail media and programmatic advertising — with hands-on experience across Amazon DSP, YouTube, and The Trade Desk — this is your chance to make a real impact. At The Goat Agency, you'll go beyond campaign optimization, shaping data-driven strategies that power influencer-led initiatives and push the boundaries of what's possible in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with our teams to integrate programmatic strategies seamlessly into holistic campaigns, delivering influencer work in a strategic and innovative manner.
  • Be involved in presenting and selling Programmatic solutions to clients 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across various retail media platforms, with a specific focus on Amazon DSP, YouTube and The Trade Desk to achieve KPIs and drive client success.
  • Analyse campaign performance data, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimisation.
  • Utilise your expertise to identify new opportunities and strategies for improving campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in programmatic advertising.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
  • Keeping up to date with WPP Media Programmatic guidance and making sure all our campaigns are compliant

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising, demonstrating a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and the broader digital advertising landscape.
  • A strong understanding of Google Ads Manager and/or DV360 to confidently active and strategise YouTube ad campaigns.
  • Hands on DSP experience. Ability to confidently implement and oversee best practice setups across multiple DSPs. E.g. Trade Desk, Amazon, other media platforms 
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams and with clients.
  • The ability to comfortably present monthly performance reporting calls to the client, providing specific and relevant campaign insights while comparing results against benchmarks.
  • The ability to present and help sell programmatic solutions in a client-friendly manner
  • Experience in campaign management, including the capability to troubleshoot common issues such as creative rejections, landing page problems, and slow pacing. You ensure timely communication with the Client Services and Campaigns Teams, offering solutions for potential under deliveries.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. US Pay Range

$60,000 - $140,000 USD
