  • Lead Optimistically by Championing Growth and Development to Mobilize the Enterprise.

Role Purpose

The Senior Associate, Talent Technologies is the operational engine behind WPP Media’s learning and performance platforms. Acting as the day-to-day Site Manager for the global learning catalogue, the role ensures learning assets are published accurately, maintained consistently, and delivered smoothly to learners worldwide. The Senior Associate plays a critical role in keeping the platform running well, supporting programme teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, governance and operational control across learning delivery.

 Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration and Content Publishing

Run the day-to-day publishing and maintenance of learning content across the Totara LMS and related platforms. This includes packaging and uploading content, embedding and linking assets correctly, applying metadata and taxonomy standards, and maintaining a clear audit trail for each release. Support multilingual publishing and ensure all live assets are structured accurately for the learner experience and the wider catalogue.

Programme Inventory and Operational Accuracy

Maintain the live programme inventory, keeping progress, sign-offs, status changes and dependencies up to date so the operational pipeline remains accurate and trustworthy. Flag inconsistencies, risks or delays early and keep delivery records clean and current.

Scheduling, Logistics and Delivery Support

Support the practical mechanics of delivery across the learning portfolio — confirming dates, managing invites and learner communications, tracking attendance and completions, and updating schedules when plans change. Help keep operational delivery moving smoothly by surfacing clashes, issues and capacity pressures quickly.

Tier 2 Platform Support

Provide an advanced support layer for WPP Media programme teams, Program Owners and Learning Admins, particularly around course setup, rosters, guidance and workflow queries. Support learner experience by resolving operational issues such as attendance reconciliation and platform-related escalations, while working within WPP support governance.

Quality Assurance and Catalogue Maintenance

Carry out structured QA checks before anything goes live, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, compliant and aligned to agreed governance standards. Help keep the catalogue healthy over time by identifying broken links, outdated assets, and quality issues, and by supporting regular review and clean-up activity.

Platform Performance Monitoring

Culture Amp Administration (Performance & Surveys)

Support the day-to-day administration of Culture Amp, including cycle setup, timeline updates, participant groups, calibration support, reporting support and troubleshooting within agreed governance. Help keep performance and survey processes running smoothly and provide clean, reliable operational support to stakeholders.

Platform Monitoring and Data Support

Monitor day-to-day platform performance, watching for access issues, content errors and integration failures, and escalate problems appropriately when they affect learners or delivery. Maintain clean operational datasets across platforms and provide accurate extracts that support dashboards, reporting and decision-making.

Experience and Skills

You will bring practical experience in learning operations, LMS administration, digital learning delivery, or platform support. You will be comfortable working with publishing standards such as SCORM/xAPI, metadata structures, accessibility expectations and quality control processes. You will be organised, detail-focused and dependable, with a strong service mindset and the judgement to escalate risks appropriately. Confidence using AI tools to support operational tasks, alongside experience working with multilingual content or platform publishing, will be an advantage.
