Key Responsibility-

  • Prepare recurring client and internal performance reports across TV, digital, brand tracking, and campaign monitoring requirements.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cycles by collecting, validating, analysing, and presenting data in a structured and timely manner.
  • Analyse media and brand performance using key metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPV, GRP, Reach, AMA, Share of Voice, Share of Investment, and related planning and reporting indicators.
  • Use media and syndicated data platforms such as BARC YUMI, METIS, M Extract, and other reporting tools to generate analytical outputs and business insights.
  • Support brand tracking, trend analysis, audience behaviour analysis, competitor benchmarking, and category-level performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting templates with support from technology teams, improving data visualisation and client presentation efficiency.
  • Use Power Query, Power Automate, Excel, and related tools to improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual effort, and automate repetitive reporting tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client-specific data requirements, reporting formats, timelines, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, transformation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
  • Conduct data mining and analysis on large datasets to identify trends, insights, anomalies, and opportunities for campaign or business improvement.
  • Support analysis of channel performance, audience engagement, distribution effectiveness, churn, audience duplication, and viewer switching patterns where applicable.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and insight summaries to support category leads, client teams, programming teams, distribution teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide support for automation of recurring reports by documenting report logic, data sources, calculations, and output formats.
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality across clients, brands, and internal business datasets.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve reporting issues, improve data quality, and ensure timely delivery of reporting outputs.

Skills-

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Statistics, Commerce, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Media, or a related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in media reporting, data analytics, campaign analysis, research, or business reporting roles.
  • Strong understanding of TV and digital media basics, including CPM, CPC, CPV, GRP, Reach, AMA, Share of Voice, and campaign performance indicators.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing recurring reports, dashboards, client presentations, and performance analysis outputs.
  • Working knowledge of media and reporting platforms such as BARC YUMI, METIS, M Extract, or similar planning and reporting tools.
  • Good experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, and data preparation techniques.
  • Exposure to Power Automate or similar automation tools for improving recurring reporting processes.
  • Ability to analyse large datasets, identify trends, perform benchmarking, and convert data into meaningful business insights.
  • Ability to work with business users and internal teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into structured outputs.
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, documentation, and confidentiality.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Fluent in English.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with Power BI or other dashboarding and data visualisation tools.
  • Exposure to Power Apps or Microsoft Power Platform will be an advantage.
  • Experience in media, advertising, broadcasting, digital marketing, or client reporting environments.
  • Basic understanding of data modelling, automated reporting workflows, and report governance.
  • Exposure to SQL or database querying will be preferred.

• Ability to support reporting process improvement and automation initiatives.
