BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially-driven Business Intelligence Manager to drive business growth. This pivotal role requires a proven commercial leader, ideally with extensive experience within media, media agencies, or market research. You will bring exceptional business acumen and a strong track record in managing and meticulously controlling budgets for data and research initiatives.
As a key client-facing professional, you will excel at negotiating, closing proposals, and delivering persuasive public presentations. This high-impact position requires full professional bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English to effectively translate results into actionable insights and foster data-driven decision-making for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies.
- Manage and meticulously track budgets for all data and research projects.
- Act as a primary client-facing representative, expertly negotiating and closing high-value proposals.
- Deliver impactful and persuasive public presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Drive data-driven decision-making and identify strategic opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7-10 years of progressive commercial experience, specifically within media, media agencies, or market research, demonstrating a deep understanding of data-driven insights.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, with direct accountability for budget management, tracking, and control of research or data study projects.
- Exceptional client-facing and negotiation skills, evidenced by a strong record of successfully closing proposals and delivering engaging public presentations.
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual essential).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
