Role Summary and Impact
The Senior BI Analyst will act as the main BI reference for key local markets, supporting media teams with campaign analysis, performance tracking and optimization recommendations. This role requires autonomy, senior analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into clear insights for local stakeholders.
For branding and non-performance campaigns, this profile must ensure that analyses and reports follow the Precision Marketing guides, applying the correct KPIs, measurement logic and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor local campaign performance.
- Analyze media KPIs by channel, audience, creative, format and campaign objective.
- Support media teams with tactical and strategic recommendations.
- Apply dashboards, templates and methodologies provided by the Central Data Team.
- Ensure branding and non-performance reporting follows Precision Marketing guides.
- Guarantee consistency and accuracy of reported data.
- Prepare reports, analysis and presentations for local meetings.
- Identify risks, opportunities and market learnings.
- Share benchmarks and insights with the BI Director Hispana.
- Support local teams in improving the quality of campaign performance discussions.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in: Marketing - Business Administration - Engineering - Computer Science - Data Science
- Languages: Spanish - English (spoken and written) - Portuguese preferred
- Experience: At least 3 years
- Skills: Digital marketing, reporting, Python, automation, data analysis, web analytics, digital analytics.
- Tools: BQuery - Python - Advanced Excel - Digital Marketing - Google Analytics - Digital Paid Media (Meta - Google - Programmatic)
