This is what you move:
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) in our global Media Hub, you will drive the operational planning, coordination, and execution of international media campaigns for our world-leading healthcare and pharma client, Roche. You will act as the central liaison between global teams, local WPP agencies, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery across all markets.
- Project Management & Campaign Coordination: End-to-end responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing global media campaigns for Roche, including the creation of detailed campaign roadmaps and master timelines across different time zones.
- Market Research & Local Coordination: Researching country-specific market conditions (media landscape, regulations) and supporting local WPP agencies in executing global mandates while respecting local nuances.
- Partner & Stakeholder Management: Coordinating all involved partners (creative and media agencies, production houses) as well as organising and leading regular status meetings and alignment workshops.
- Asset & Production Coordination: Creating structured briefings for production teams, coordinating the localisation and translation of campaign assets (TV, OOH, Digital, Print, Social), and conducting final quality checks.
- Budget & Financial Tracking: Supporting the consolidation and monitoring of global media budgets as well as coordinating financial processes (invoicing, purchase orders) in close alignment with the finance team.
- Reporting & Process Optimisation: Coordinating analytics teams to aggregate market data into global dashboards and continuously optimising processes and reporting templates within the Hub.
The following qualities distinguish you:
- Professional Experience: Solid, multi-year experience in structured project management – preferably gained within the dynamic environment of an agency or an international marketing hub.
- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and natural empathy in dealing with diverse, international personalities, which is key for you to successfully synchronise global teams.
- Global Campaign Know-how: Proven experience in managing international multi-market campaigns and a foundational understanding of common media channels and their production processes.
- Tool Expertise & Workstyle: Confident use of the project management tool Wrike, combined with strong organisational talent and a highly structured, proactive approach.
- Industry & Sector Knowledge (Advantage): Initial experience in the pharma or healthcare sector is desirable; prior experience in the media industry is not mandatory but will greatly help you grasp our business quickly.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; good German language skills are highly preferred, and French is a welcome plus.
