Role Summary and Impact

The Associate, Affiliate supports the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns across affiliate networks and publisher partnerships. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a career in performance marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with the Affiliate team to monitor campaign performance, coordinate with partners, and support reporting and optimization activities.

• Support the setup and execution of affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and delivery.
• Prepare campaign reports and basic performance analysis.
• Coordinate with affiliate networks and publisher partners.
• Support campaign optimization to achieve client objectives.
• Help maintain accurate campaign tracking and documentation.
• Assist with QA before campaigns go live.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends and industry developments.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
• Has a good working ethic, as well as professional integrity, possesses good communication skills, and is passionate towards the digital/programmatic industry.
• Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suits: Excel, PowerPoint etc. 
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, Google Analytics or tracking concepts is a plus but not required.
