You will work closely with the CEO, the Danish leadership team, and selected Nordic and global stakeholders. The role combines executive support, meeting and project coordination, stakeholder management, and day-to-day operational follow-up. You will be expected to anticipate needs, manage complexity, and ensure that actions are followed through with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

Key responsibilities

This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys being close to senior decision-making while keeping the day-to-day flow of the business running smoothly.

As the Executive Assistant, you will

  • Act as a coordinating link between the CEO, leadership team, employees, external partners, and relevant WPP stakeholders
  • Support internal projects, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional activities by helping create structure, timelines, and progress follow-up.

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, priorities, meetings, and day-to-day agenda.
  • Coordinate travel, events, conferences, internal gatherings, and practical arrangements when needed.
  • Handle selected administrative processes such as expense management, invoice coordination, vendor follow-up, and document handling.
  • Contribute to smooth office operations and support coordination across people, operations, finance, legal, and business teams where relevant.

About you

We believe you have solid experience from a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Support, or senior coordination role, preferably supporting C-level leaders or senior management in an international or complex organization.

To succeed in this role, you need excellent communication skills in Danish and English, as well as the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Experience from media, marketing, communications, consulting, or another fast-paced professional services environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.

More specifically, you

  • Are structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Enjoy creating overview and making sure that people, meetings, and actions are well coordinated.
  • Have relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Business Support, or senior coordinator and experience supporting senior leaders, leadership teams, or C-level executives.
  • Have strong planning, prioritization, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Have advanced skills in Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.
  • Have a high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Have an ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and create structure in a changing environment.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
