Role Summary and Impact

As the Client Investment Manager for our client’s Home & Personal Care portfolio, you will serve as the day-to-day investment lead orchestrating high-volume digital media buys across some of the world’s most recognizable household brands. You will oversee multi-platform campaigns spanning Digital Video (including Upfront and scatter buys), Digital Audio, streaming integrations, and Retail Media audiences.

  • Lead partner evaluations, issue and evaluate RFPs, and negotiate competitive pricing, programming mix, and added value across key media partners (Amazon, YouTube, Disney, Peacock, Netflix, and Audio networks).
  • Manage Digital Video Upfront commitments and navigate scatter budgets, mid-year budget shifts, and incremental client requests.
  • Spearhead full-funnel digital alignment, connecting upper-funnel video brand awareness to conversion by leveraging retail media audiences and shopper units across platforms like Amazon and Walmart.
  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Planning, and Programmatic activation teams to build holistic investment plans and determine optimal buying routes.
  • Centrally manage all investment aspects of active campaigns from inception to monthly reconciliation, tracking rate efficiency, authorizations, and delivery.
  • Enforce strict ad governance and accountability, including ad tagging, taxonomy (Claravine), and brand safety/verification guidelines (DoubleVerify).
  • Oversee and QA buy setups, pacing, and flighting in buying platforms, troubleshooting delivery or technical ad-serving discrepancies (DCM / DV360).
  • Serve as a primary client-facing investment lead, presenting monthly performance reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic POVs.

Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of digital media investment, planning, or activation experience.
  • Experience on CPG/FMCG, retail media, or high-volume multi-brand accounts is strongly preferred.
  • Prisma (Mediaocean): Expert proficiency in digital billing, authorizations, and financial reconciliation.
  • Ad Serving / Verification: Hands-on experience with Google Campaign Manager (DCM) and DV360.
  • Familiarity with DoubleVerify (brand safety) and Claravine (taxonomy governance).
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities; advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) and presentation deck development in PowerPoint.
