More about Your Team

Solutions Architects drive customer success by helping them realize business value from their investment in Wrike’s newly acquired Wrike platform and their need to transform the way they work. In this role you’ll interact directly with our customers to provide software architecture, security best practices, development and operations expertise, leveraging deep knowledge of best practices in the use of APIs, the Wrike Platform, and complementary systems like Salesforce, Marketo, Netsuite etc.
Throughout all of these interactions, you’ll build strong relationships with customers, ensure exemplary delivery standards, and have a lot of fun building one-of-a-kind automations that will enable our customers to transform their business.
Promoting Wrike and our amazing team to the community and wider public audience is something we invite all our employees to take part in. This can be in the form of writing blog posts, speaking at meetups and well-known industry events about use cases and best practices.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Leading the most complex professional services engagements for Wrike customers.
  • Work with both internal and external partners translating the customers' business requirements into workable solutions with Wrike as an integral part of the end-to-end workstream
  • Working with customers to generate reference stories, and lead best practice creation
  • Collaborating with Wrike’s Product and other teams to identify short-term solutions to issues/requests and influence Wrike's product roadmap.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs before and after onboarding.
  • Acting as Project Manager for large-scale engagements, maintaining timelines, delegating to both internal and client resourcefs to ensure on-time delivery of deployment milestones, training, and launch.
  • Scoping strategic Professional Services engagements and assisting the sales team in positioning the value of those services.
  • Designing and implementing API integrations between Wrike and other solutions, such as BI, ERP, CRM, DAM, ITSM solutions etc.
  • Brainstorming and coaching customers on KPIs and analytics needs to help measure business performance.
  • Acting as a coach/mentor for team members in the organization.
  • Self-educating on work management methodologies, productivity hacks, and sharing that knowledge with the rest of the team

You'll achieve your best if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science/Math or Engineering
  • 8+ years of professional experience in a customer facing environment, ideally with organizations adopting new software solutions and technologies.
  • Strong Understand of Digital Transformation programs within large organizations
  • General Programming Experience (i.e. Ruby, Python, etc)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI Platforms
  • Proven experience in presentation skills to all levels of an organization, with the ability to present complex ideas in an engaging way, or dive into the technical detail as needed.
  • Proven experience in integrating multi-vendor IT systems and using APIs etc.
  • Excellent understanding of standard business process and organizational structure.
  • Project management experience, working with any known methodology and more importantly, being able to scope, manage and deliver on a plan no matter how simple or complex
  • Experience in managing change within organizations that are adopting new technology
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues
  • Great people skills: genuine, warm, positive, engaging, connects well with people, friendly, empathic, shows tact and poise under pressure when dealing with difficult interpersonal situations, and a high degree of patience.
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

You will stand out with:

  • Hands on experience with one or more EA frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman or similar
  • Programming experience in Ruby
  • Experience of Marketing and creative team’ process
  • Experience with ITIL, IT4IT, Cobit
  • Excellence in foreign languages
