Senior Director, Professional Services

Wrike is seeking a Senior Director of Professional Services to lead the strategy for our largest and most strategic customers. In this role, you'll manage service bookings, collaborate with enterprise account executives to enhance service offerings, and develop strategies to drive customer adoption of Wrike solutions. With over 10 years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, you'll work cross-functionally to align our service strategy with business goals and market trends. How You'll Make an Impact:
- Own Services bookings number, pipeline reviews, and services strategy for Wrike’s largest and more strategic customers
- Partner with enterprise account executives to pitch and sell the value of our Services as a differentiator and negotiate and sell our Service offerings
- Develop, define and launch Professional Services offerings that help enable and directly drive customer adoption of Wrike solutions to the end user persona(s)
- Define differentiating offerings for Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts that drive business outcomes as well as one time and recurring revenue.
- Nurture executive relationships within our strategic customers
- Partner effectively with global, cross-functional stakeholders:
- Product and Engineering to understand future roadmap and define Professional Services offering to support adoption for our customers, as well as provide feedback on market trends and opportunities
- Operations to measure and track all launched offerings success with regards to customer adoption and company P&L
- Customer Success and Enablement to position Professional Services as a value add to our install and net new customer base driving adoption of the Wrike platform
- Sales leadership to articulate the value of Services and drive internal initiatives to drive the sale of Professional Services based on outcome selling
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Professional Services that aligns with the company business goals. Evaluate and refine strategic approaches based on evolving market conditions and organizational goals to ensure optimal alignment and performance in service delivery to Wrike's largest and most strategic customers.
- Champion initiatives that enhance the strategic positioning of Wrike's Professional Services. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, ensuring that service offerings not only meet current client needs but also anticipate future market trends and challenges.
You'll achieve your best if you have:
- 10+ years of experience working in and leading SaaS Professional Services teams, delivering successful Customer and Company business outcomes
- 5+ years of experience in developing, defining, and taking successful Professional Services offerings to market
- Proven ability to create and embody a raving fans culture that delights customers and employees in innovative ways.
- Polished and effective communicator with strong executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships.
- Proficiency working with globally distributed teams and working across functional to drive Customer and Company success
- Previous B2B SaaS and enterprise software experience.

The range above reflects the pay scale that Wrike reasonably expects to pay for the role. The pay scale will also depend on various factors, such as job duties and requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Pay scales are reviewed each year.

$235,000 - $280,000 USD
