Ready to become a Wriker

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Associate Account Manager to support our Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside Wrike’s most experienced account managers and gain firsthand exposure to complex, high-value sales processes.

The Associate Account Manager will play a critical role in helping us grow our presence within Strategic Accounts and Fortune 500 prospects, especially in the Manufacturing and Services verticals. This position is designed for someone who is eager to develop into a full Account Manager role in the future.

What You’ll Do

Pipeline Creation Support

  • Conduct outbound prospecting into white space accounts to identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them into qualified pipeline.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date opportunity data.
  • Coordinate scheduling and meeting logistics for SAM-led sales activities.

Support on Operational and Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with follow-ups related to Deal Desk requests and internal quote approvals.
  • Manage billing inquiries and administrative tasks on strategic accounts.
  • Nurture early-stage opportunities until ready for SAM engagement.

Support Transactional Deals

  • Take ownership of lower-complexity, transactional deals under the guidance of SAMs.
  • Help progress and close smaller revenue opportunities, contributing directly to team targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • A true business development mindset: you’re energized by identifying new opportunities and opening doors.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or pipeline generation — ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • A proven track record of successful outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn from senior sales professionals.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and productivity tools.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Why This Role is Exciting

  • You’ll work with some of the largest and most strategic customers in Europe.
  • Gain exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles and executive conversations.
  • Learn directly from top-performing SAMs and prepare for a future career as an Account Manager at Wrike.
  • Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-impact team.

  • Cafeteria bonuses (Benefit plus)
