More about Your team
You’ll report to Tanya Pupkova, Website Team Leader (LinkedIn). Wrike’s Website team includes a Website Operations Specialist and 2 scrum development teams, each led by a Website Product Owner. In this role, you’ll lead the Supernova development team, made up of 3 front-end and 3 back-end developers, 2 QA engineers, and a Web Experience Designer. You’ll also collaborate closely with Content, Design, Product Marketing, SEO, and other Marketing teams to drive impactful web projects across Wrike.

How You’ll make an impact
Grow web acquisition channel: Constantly improve website performance and user experience.
- Optimise top-funnel conversion rate by doing site-wide updates and data-driven improvements.
- Run A/B tests to identify best strategies and validate hypotheses from UX, market and competitive research.
Define and prioritize website features:

- Plan project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability for the development scrum team, adhering to best agile practices.
- Be a product owner of an internal custom content management system (CMS), deliver admin features and improvements.
Run cross-functional projects:

- Collaborate with various teams (Content, Design, Sales, Product Marketing) to deliver web-based GTM projects.
- Align projects with overall marketing and company goals, prioritize and plan self-driven initiatives.
Manage content:
- Ensure the website has up-to-date and relevant content, release new pages and optimize top-performing assets.
Monitor and evaluate results:
- Gather and analyze data from analytics platforms, conduct own research to identify growth points.
- Keep management informed by preparing and presenting reports and making data-driven recommendations.
You will achieve your best if you have

- 3+ years of experience as a Website Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role in SaaS, tech, or a fast-paced digital environment
- Solid understanding of web acquisition funnels, website performance metrics, UX, and conversion optimization best practices
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver cross-functional projects in close collaboration with marketing, design, and development teams
- An analytical mindset, with a track record of driving improvements using data insights
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Motivation to grow and develop yourself in the field of web acquisition
You will stand out with
- Experience driving AI projects or implementing process improvements with AI tools
- Experience leading a development team (setting business vision, planning sprints, managing backlog)
- Experience running A/B tests and validating hypotheses
