Wurl is seeking an Ad Tech Specialist with expertise in CTV performance marketing to join our ContentDiscovery team. In this role, you'll work on campaign setup, optimization, and technical integrations to drive viewer acquisition and engagement. You'll partner with data science, and engineering teams to innovate and scale our performance marketing engine.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CTV performance marketing campaigns via programmatic platforms and Wurl’s proprietary tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audience segmentation, predictive modeling, and data-driven bidding strategies.
- Track campaign KPIs such as cost per viewer (CPV), return on ad spend (ROAS), take rate, conversion rate, reach, and hours of viewing (HOV).
- Troubleshoot delivery issues across different ad servers and collaborate with their support organizations.
- Analyze ad logs to ensure campaigns’ accuracy and optimize performance.
- Inform ContentDiscovery product development with insights from campaign performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ad tech infrastructure, tracking, and attribution.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising or ad tech, including 2+ years in CTV performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with DSPs, such as Beeswax, and Ad Servers, such as SpringServe.
- Strong understanding of CTV ad delivery, server-side ad insertion (SSAI), and programmatic ecosystems.
- Experience with pixel tracking, ad server integration, and viewer attribution techniques.
- Demonstrable fluency with SQL.
- Ability to analyze data and present findings.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Location: US Remote.
A Plus if you have:
- Experience with OTT/CTV streaming apps or media buyers.
- Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, Innovid, or Extreme Reach.
- Certification in DSP platforms.
