Change Management Workspace Trainer

This position is located at our office in Austin, TX in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver core set of Google Workspace instructor-led training sessions based on established agendas
- Schedule training sessions and communicate join/registration info to customers
- Update training schedules maintained in project workbooks
- Deliver onsite instructor-led training and walkaround support for go-lives as needed
- Lead the change management workstream for small and medium sized projects including training delivery and communications
- Update all change management related tabs in project workbooks
- Create and update training assets as needed (i.e. training agendas, user guides, communications)
- Help create, deliver and maintain internal training and onboarding assets in support of the Wursta Operations Team
Required Skills:
- 1+ or more years of experience delivering training in a professional setting
- 2+ years of experience in change management
- Strong written communication skills
