Head of Performance Campaigns

At WeightWatchers, the Global Marketing team this team is composed of many different arms that work cross functionally to spread the word and promote our company as well as our services and offerings. From performance and brand to product, licensing and communications they all have a tangible impact on the business and our growth.

What you will do

As Head of Performance Campaigns, you will lead the evergreen creative strategy behind our growth engine—owning channel briefs, overseeing experimentation, and advancing a test-and-learn culture. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, full-funnel creative strategy, and data-informed decision making.

  • Develop and lead innovative and effective full-funnel creative strategies to drive growth across all paid channels
  • Build and drive quarterly creative strategy plans and testing roadmaps grounded in performance, insights, and business priorities
  • Own and manage the creation and execution of well-crafted channel briefs that are deeply aligned with brand, campaign, and testing objectives
  • Oversee the build-measure-learn framework to guide ongoing creative experimentation and iteration
  • Conduct rigorous creative testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses, inform creative direction, and optimize channel performance
  • Analyze results and synthesize learnings into actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product marketing, lifecycle, product, and more to integrate opportunistic creative strategies into other growth initiatives
  • Establish clear and measurable KPIs to benchmark the success of creative assets and campaigns
  • Regularly report on cross-channel performance to leadership and larger cross-functional teams, sharing insights and recommendations across the organization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to surface new growth opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement

Who you are 

  • 10+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing leadership role with a strong focus on creative strategy, preferably within a high-growth health, wellness, or consumer subscription businesses
  • Proven ability to develop and scale data-driven creative strategies that deliver measurable business impact
  • Experienced with growth marketing frameworks, especially the build-measure-learn methodology
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex performance data and making insight-led decisions
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams including direct management and leading cross functionally
  • Past experience managing in-house and external agency relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in creative reporting and leveraging data visualization tools to present insights and recommendations effectively
  • Deep knowledge of industry trends, performance best practices, and emerging technologies in the creative and growth marketing space.
  • Experience and interest in building AI based solutions for creative dynamic content and scaling creative
  • Prior experience developing assets in creative software directly and working inside ad platforms.

 

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$170,000 - $180,000 USD
