What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Email Designer to join our in-house creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling and user-centric email campaigns that engage our customers and align with our brand’s mission. You will create email templates, promotional SMS messages, newsletters, and more, ensuring an exceptional user experience and optimal design performance across different email clients and devices.
Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling designs that meet business objectives: including but not limited to emails and email templates, newsletters, gifs, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.

Digest creative briefs and output designs that are in-line with our brand to drive consistency across marketing projects.

Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Gather feedback and adapt designs to meet project objectives.

Partner with marketing teams to understand and implement large cross-channel campaigns.

Ensure consistency and coherence of design across all deliverables, maintaining brand standards and visual identity guidelines. Able to translate brand and campaign guidelines into compelling visuals.

Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and tools.
Who You Are
To excel in this role, you should be a seasoned graphic designer with a great attitude, sharp eye and strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise in email design. You should possess:

2-4 years experience in email design.

Solid understanding of direct 1:1 marketing and other CRM communications.

Highly proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Understanding of HTML and CSS (however coding is not required).

Excellent attention to detail, consistently delivering high-quality work aligned with brand standards.

Expert knowledge in design principles including, but not exclusive to, visual hierarchy, color theory, negative space, typography, balance, and alignment.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects. simultaneously.

Self-motivated and independent designer with the ability to “think-ahead” on projects and take proactive steps to advance creative projects with minimal direction.

Must have a strong portfolio showcasing high-end design skills and creative across varied channels, including email.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and partners.

Motion design/gif creation experience a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar industry experience is preferred.
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
US Pay Range
$70,000 - $80,000 USD
