Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a major product or product line. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact features that drive business growth and improve user experiences. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, data-informed decision-making, and hands-on execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Opportunity Framing: Identify and articulate product opportunities that align with strategic priorities and member needs.
  • Strategic MVP Definition: Define and prioritize MVPs that deliver maximum impact with speed and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Drive collaboration across engineering, design, and data teams to deliver impactful features.
  • Buy-In & Storytelling: Communicate a compelling product vision to stakeholders, using data and storytelling to inspire alignment.
  • Data-Informed Iteration: Lead A/B testing, interpret results, and iterate on features to continuously add value.
  • Resilience Against Bureaucracy: Navigate organizational roadblocks with diplomacy and persistence, ensuring progress and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in product management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX and user-centered design principles.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$150,000 - $220,000 USD
