Reports to Sr. Regional Manager
Position Summary: The Area Manager leads a team upholding Weight Watcher’s Value-Driven Culture. Area Managers will collaborate closely with the Regional Leadership team to consistently drive high performance in both people and operations to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring an exceptional experience for both members and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management and Engagement

Develops team members by building engagement, elevating, and managing performance. (in-person and remote).

Clear understanding and ability to execute the IRL Strategy

Builds and fosters a talented, high-performing team through recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; constantly assessing performance to retain exceptional talent.

Adheres to and executes company policies and initiatives.

Inspires and motivates the team to build and grow the community with the right experiences both inside out outside our 4 walls.

Inspired and motivates the team to grow our external community.

Retain member base through an optimal member experience.

Continually evaluates employee performance and takes appropriate action to enhance efficiency, member retention and satisfaction.

Works closely with the Regional Manager and the People team to resolve employee relations issues and member complaints, finding best solutions and outcomes.
Territory Performance and Tools

Partners closely with cross-functional teams and acts as a liaison for employees when necessary.

Partners with Operations Manager to execute Real Estate changes and support Profitability Goals.

Uses a variety of reporting tools to manage and support growth and retention.

Ensures timely Payroll Authorization and Approval.
Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of related experience, that demonstrates employee and leadership development skills in talent management processes, development and program implementation.

Autonomous contributor who is both a self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to motivate, coach and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Must be located in Florida.
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
US Pay Range
$72,000 - $100,000 USD
