At WeightWatchers, the Global Marketing team this team is composed of many different arms that work cross functionally to spread the word and promote our company as well as our services and offerings. From performance and brand to product, licensing and communications they all have a tangible impact on the business and our growth.

WeightWatchers is seeking a highly creative, data-driven, and passionate Social Content Producer to join our dynamic social media team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing engaging social media content that resonates with our diverse audience, drives brand awareness, and supports our mission to inspire healthy habits. You will be at the forefront of identifying trends, creating compelling visuals and copy, and fostering a vibrant online community.

What You'll Do:

  • Content Creation:
    • Develop and produce original, high-quality social media content (videos, images, GIFs, carousels, stories, reels, TikToks, etc.) across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.
    • Collaborate with the creative team (designers, videographers) to bring concepts to life and ensure visual consistency.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, product, food, health sciences, and members) to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand messaging.
  • Strategy & Planning:
    • Contribute to the development of social media content strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and brand goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform content creation and strategy.
    • Assist in managing and maintaining a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all social assets.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Actively participate in community management, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive interactions.
    • Identify opportunities to engage with our community through user-generated content and trending conversations.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze social media content performance using relevant analytics tools like SproutSocial, Google Trends, and in-platform tools.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content based on performance data.
    • A/B test different content formats and messaging to identify what resonates best with our audience.

Who you are

  • 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and production, preferably within a brand or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of developing engaging and high-performing social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Exceptional video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, in-app editing tools, Adobe Premiere Pro a plus).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A passion for health, wellness, and the WeightWatchers mission is a strong plus.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.  This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$90,000 - $100,000 USD
