The Role
The Workplace & Employee Experience Specialist is well organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects, while providing a seamless employee experience at all levels of the Company. As the heart of Wysh’s culture, you’ll demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, good judgment and confidentiality helping to create a welcoming, dynamic and engaging environment for all team members.
What You'll do
Employee Engagement
- Build and cultivate engaging relationship with the team, both in office and remote
- Plan inclusive events for employees to ensure our team members are able to build meaningful relationships, including virtual and in-office celebrations, acknowledging cultural traditions/events, arranging volunteer opportunities and supporting employee-led group initiatives that support the Company’s values and mission.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, consistent, and engaging onboarding and offboarding experience for employees.
- Collect and synthesize employee feedback and insights through surveys, interviews, etc.; analyze findings to identify key drivers of employee satisfaction, how the company can improve and what aspects of the experience are successful and should be highlighted.
- Design innovative engagement programs that address key issues raised and ensure the workforce feels valued, respected and heard.
- Create and coordinate internal communications and engagement activities across the company.
Office Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations in the office with a focus on creating a high-caliber office experience. This includes managing mail, deliveries, furniture, space planning, decor, lunch orders, stocking the kitchen, waste management, repairs & maintenance and office supplies, etc.
Ad-hoc Projects
- Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to support conference planning, swag logistics, and shipping coordination.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in HR/People Ops, people engagement, or related fields.
- Enjoy being around people and bringing others together with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind.
- Excellent oral and written communication along with public speaking and the ability to connect and interact with team members both virtually and in-person.
- Strong organizational skills with intense focus on detail, accuracy, and follow through.
- Utilize existing and research new tools to optimize processes, including automation.
- Proficiency working with macOS and G-Suite.

Competitive Compensation – The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Exact compensation range is determined based on region, years of experience, and specific skill sets using aggregate market data from PayScale.
