About the Role

As a Research Associate/ Sr. Research Associate, you will be involved in translational and immunology research efforts to identify and characterize novel therapeutic targets and investigate mechanisms of action of therapeutics.

About You

You are a self-driven, dedicated, and creative cell biologist passionate about drug discovery and developing new drugs to address unmet medical needs. You have solid hands-on experience in cell-based assays and immunophenotyping. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the norm is pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in vitro and ex vivo experiments to validate therapeutic targets.
  • Perform experiments for pipeline molecule screening. 
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with team members and cross-functional collaborators.

Qualifications

  • B.S. or M.S. in Biological Sciences or related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience. 
  • Hands-on expertise with mammalian cell lines, primary human or mouse cells, and primary tissues.
  • Experience developing and optimizing cell-based immunological assays.
  • Ability to design, run, and analyze multi-color flow cytometry (10+ colors) panels.
  • Experience with ELISA and multiplex technologies, including MSD.
  • Excellent organization and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to simultaneously manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
  • Passion for innovation and desire to participate in innovative scientific research.
  • Strong experience in immunology
  • Experience with in vivo studies or disease models

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, seeking to provide an open, flexible, and friendly work environment to empower employees and provide them with a platform to develop their long-term careers. A Summary of Benefits is available for all applicants. The base pay range for this position is expected to be $85,000 - $135,000 annually; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the market, job-related knowledge, skills and capabilities, and experience.
