Position overview
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global People Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent from around the world to support our mission. As a fully remote company with a strong focus on culture and values, we're looking for someone who can identify and engage individuals that align with our values and are excited to help shape the future of banking and finance.
You will partner with hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across a range of roles and departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other innovative methods.
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Manage applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for reporting and compliance.
- Champion our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by integrating inclusive hiring practices.
- Represent Xapo's values and culture in every candidate interaction.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes and explore new ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills needed
- Solid previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in tech or fintech environments.
- Proven ability to source and hire talent across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report on recruitment metrics.
- High level of adaptability and a self-starter attitude in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and recruitment tools.
- Previous experience in a fully remote environment, working with global teams, and making impactful hiring decisions.
- Proactive mindset, good organizational and time management skills.

Xapo Device Policy
Consultants joining Xapo Bank must comply with the Xapo Device Policy, which governs the use of corporate-approved laptops under Corporate-Owned, Personally Purchased Device (reimbursed up to $1,500) or Corporate-Owned, Personally Enabled Device (personal device with enforced security controls).
All devices must meet security requirements, enroll in Xapo’s Mobile Device Management (MDM), and adhere to compliance rules. COPPD devices remain Xapo property with buyback options upon exit. COPED users agree to data control measures, including mandatory corporate data wipes.
Compliance with the Xapo Device Policy is mandatory for all consultants, onboarding will not proceed without adherence to the policy.
