We created Xealth with the mission to improve physician efficiency and patient outcomes by enabling healthcare teams to order, monitor and measure digital content, programs, devices and services as part of their workflow. With nearly 30 large health system clients, Xealth is looking for a new executive to drive the strategy and integration of Xealth and Xealth Partner Community Solutions into health system clients in order to achieve measurable clinical or operational goals.

As our Strategic Account Director you’ll manage 6-8 premier enterprise health systems with a focus on growing executive relationships and account growth. You’ll work closely and frequently with clinical and executive stakeholders and internal Xealth teams to make Xealth part of their digital health strategies.

As an Account Director at Xealth, you will:

  • Provide strategic account leadership from onboarding and activation through to value reporting, QBRs, and the renewal and expansion process to ensure account growth.
  • Maintain tactical oversight of internal teams to ensure implementations run smoothly
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, specifically around digital health with health system peers, sharing best practices across the Xealth ecosystem.
  • Deeply understand your clients’ Digital Health strategies and how to tie Xealth into their digital and virtual care programs with measurable ROI.
  • Evangelize Xealth and advocate for your customers, both internally and by becoming an active part of the Xealth community (forums, trade shows, events, etc), encouraging client participation, and showcasing success stories.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Engineering teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Our ideal Account Director will have will have:

  • 10+ years of Healthcare Technology Account Management, Sales, Consulting experience, working with C-level stakeholders within enterprise health systems
  • Understanding of “the business of healthcare” – how the money flows, incentive structures, various payment models and the impact on provider systems
  • Knowledge of EHR/EMR, including experience with modern software products that integrate into Epic or Cerner, along with a thorough understanding of the digital health ecosystem and their technical mechanisms (FHIR, HL7, other APIs, etc)
  • Ability to represent Xealth’s product, technology, and EMR integrations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Preference for: Startup experience; executive relationships within enterprise health systems; Experience with SaaS products that include PHI or integrate into EMR systems like Epic or Cerner; Digital Health Consulting or Product Management experience

Compensation & Benefits

Xealth offers a multi-tiered approach when constructing a highly competitive compensation package. The compensation package for this role is in the range of $135,000 - 185,000 plus bonus.
