Marketing Manager

Seattle

Our Mission & Culture

At Xealth, we’re revolutionizing healthcare by leveraging data and automation to empower care providers—building on EHRs such as Epic and Cerner—to seamlessly prescribe, deliver, and monitor digital health for patients. We are a detail-oriented team committed to maintaining high standards while moving with agility and impact.

As Marketing Manager at Xealth, you will be the in-house lead for demand-side marketing execution. Where the Director of Communications owns Xealth’s narrative, thought leadership, media and analyst relations, and customer storytelling, you own the demand engine — directing the agency’s campaign work, running our industry events, activating sales enablement in the field, executing partner and co-marketing programs, and keeping marketing operations and pipeline reporting running cleanly.

What You'll Own and Deliver (Responsibilities)

Agency Partnership & Campaign Orchestration

  • Serve as day-to-day owner of Xealth’s relationship with the agency for the demand-generation scope — briefs, reviews, approvals, scope, timeline, and performance against the monthly retainer.
  • Translate Xealth priorities into clear campaign briefs and review outputs — sales decks, sell sheets, battle cards, explainer videos, ROI calculator, landing pages, nurture emails, paid social creative, ABM materials — for accuracy, sales usability, and adherence to existing brand and messaging guidelines.
  • Line up product, sales, and customer success experts to feed demand-side work, and route demand-side marketing assets through the right Xealth approvers (product, legal, executive) on time.
  • Track agency hours, deliverables, and out-of-pocket expenses against the retainer; flag overages and reallocate scope as priorities shift.

In-House Demand Generation & Funnel

  • Write and run in-house nurture streams that complement the campaign-driven nurtures — multi-step email sequences for prospects in evaluation, stalled sales cycles, and dormant accounts.
  • Own post-event outreach — conference follow-ups, customer dinner thank-yous, webinar attendee nurtures, and meeting recap sequences — mapped to lead status in CRM.
  • Write ad copy and newsletter content for Xealth’s in-house channels — subject lines, body copy, and CTAs — working within the messaging set by the Director of Communications.
  • Plan and execute select tactical paid social campaigns (event promotion, recruiting, time-sensitive announcements) alongside in collaboration with the Communications Director.

Website & External Brand Consistency

  • Own day-to-day content and updates for Xealth’s website beyond editorial pieces — product pages, solutions, About, Resources, Partners, Careers, navigation copy, and forms.
  • Maintain template libraries (decks, one-pagers, social graphics, email templates) so internal teams can produce on-brand materials quickly.

Industry Events, Webinars & Media Buys

  • Plan and execute Xealth’s physical event presence (HIMSS, ViVE, HLTH, ATA, and customer/partner forums) end-to-end — sponsorships, booth, signage, swag, staffing, lead capture, and follow-up.
  • Organize and project-manage webinars — Xealth-owned and Sage-led sponsored webinars (e.g., Becker’s) — including invitation lists, registration, attendee outreach, run-of-show, and rehearsal.
  • Manage publisher and sponsorship relationships (Becker’s, MedCity, and other inbound publisher pitches) — evaluate opportunities, negotiate buys, contract, and project-manage delivery alongside the agency.
  • Run executive briefings, customer dinners, partner roundtables, and field events that move active opportunities.
  • Own the lead-capture-to-CRM workflow and report on event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline; coordinate with the Director of Communications on earned-media moments tied to events.

Sales Enablement Activation & Adoption

  • Drive in-field adoption of sales tools (pitch deck, sell sheets, battle cards, explainer video, economic value calculator) — distribution, sales training, rollout, and a feedback loop back to Sage for refinement.
  • Build the day-to-day operational artifacts with the agency — talk tracks, email templates, follow-up sequences, and CRM cadences.
  • With the Xealth product team, assist in the creation of assets to use to promote adoption of new or existing Xealth product features or capabilities
  • Partner with sales leadership on the marketing-to-sales handoff, MQL → SQL SLAs, and conversion reporting.

Vendor Community Promotion

  • With the VP Partnerships, maintain Xealth’s marketing vendor directory — printers, swag and merch, event production, video, design, paid media platforms, and list providers — including scope, pricing, performance, and renewal tracking.
  • Over time, coordinate with additional resources in the partner team to promote vendor-targeted initiatives.

Marketing Operations, Vendors & Pipeline Reporting

  • Own day-to-day operation of the marketing technology stack — CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation, lead routing, list hygiene, and database compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM), working with sales to link to sales CRM processes (Salesforce).
  • Take  monthly performance dashboards and translate them for Xealth leadership and sales — pipeline contribution, MQL/SQL volumes, cost per opportunity, and campaign ROI.
  • Ensure clean attribution and source data flow from campaigns into Xealth’s CRM, and coordinate with the Director of Communications so marketing pipeline reporting and communications KPIs tell one consistent story.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
