You will be:

 

  • designing, implementing, and owning an end-to-end performance test strategy and roadmap,

  • building and maintaining journey-based performance tests for key user flows and business-critical scenarios,

  • defining performance benchmarks (SLAs/SLOs), run performance baselines, and provide actionable analysis and reporting,

  • setting up and evolve monitoring/observability practices to support performance testing and diagnosis,

  • integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and continuous delivery processes,

  • leading, guiding, and mentoring the team on modern performance engineering practices and tooling,

  • collaborating with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to align on performance goals and drive adoption of the new approach,

  • supporting the transition from the current team/approach by influencing change and ensuring continuity of delivery.

Your profile:

 

  • at least 5 years of experience in software test automation and strong performance testing knowledge,

  • multi-year hands-on experience in non-functional testing, with a strong focus on performance testing,

  • proven experience with journey-based performance testing and performance test design for real user scenarios,

  • experience with performance benchmarking, test execution, analysis, and communicating results to technical and non-technical audiences,

  • experience with monitoring/observability concepts and using monitoring data to troubleshoot performance issues,

  • practical experience incorporating performance testing into CI/CD and release processes (continuous delivery),

  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to lead change and align multiple teams around a new performance testing approach,

  • ability to lead and guide a team, including mentoring and setting quality standards,

  • upper intermediate/advanced English (B2/C1).

Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.

Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:

    experience in the parcelling domain.
