Senior Developer with Python and Node.js

You will be:
- designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Python and Node.js,
- building APIs and microservices supporting business-critical applications,
- contributing to architecture decisions and promoting engineering best practices,
- working with cloud-native solutions and distributed systems in Azure environments,
- developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes,
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions,
- leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve engineering efficiency and software delivery.
Your profile:
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development,
- strong hands-on experience with Python and Node.js,
- experience building APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar,
- solid understanding of software architecture patterns, including microservices, DDD, or hexagonal architecture,
- experience with Azure DevOps,
- hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform,
- experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Azure SQL, Redis),
- familiarity with messaging and event-driven architectures (e.g. Redis, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub),
- understanding of authentication and authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect,
- experience with automated testing, code quality, and software security practices,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within international teams,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery,
- good command of English (min. B2).

Nice to have:
- experience with TypeScript and modern frontend technologies such as React,
- familiarity with Databricks, Pandas, or NumPy for data processing workloads,
- experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Azure Monitor, or Application Insights,
- knowledge of Go or C++,
- experience working in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP),
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
