UX Designer

You will be:
- working with cross-functional partners in Design, Product, Experimentation, and Engineering teams to craft groundbreaking user experiences, understand user problems, and identify key opportunities for both the user and our business,
- establishing and maintaining our design system, grasping the roadmap, and ensuring timely project completion,
- championing the interests of the business through design-informed decisions,
- engaging with key stakeholders in the design process and fostering a resilient design team and culture.
Your profile:
- strong experience in UX Discovery, including planning and facilitating stakeholder workshops,
- solid background in UX/UI design, ideally in complex, multi-product ecosystems,
- experience working with and contributing to design systems,
- ability to work with UX metrics and data-driven decision-making,
- experience in cross-functional collaboration within large organizations,
- strong communication skills and ability to operate in complex stakeholder environments,
- proven ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity across multiple user journeys and teams,
- native-level Polish and English at B2 level or higher,
- practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot Chat, or similar) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in analysis and software delivery.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
Nice to have:
- experience designing solutions that leverage AI to enhance user experience,
- knowledge of the Jobs-to-be-Done framework,
- experience in financial products or financial management domains,
- experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work,
- interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. automation of analysis tasks, AI-supported documentation, or workflow optimization), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches.
