For our most important enterprise clients, we're not looking for a classic Account Manager – we're looking for an Elite Account Manager. A personality who builds trust at executive level, guides complex transformations, and takes ownership of sustainable growth.

Your Mission

You will be responsible for a select portfolio of our most strategically important enterprise clients in Switzerland. You act as an entrepreneur within the company, developing long-term growth strategies, opening up new business areas, and positioning Xebia as the partner of choice for digital transformation.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts
  • Building and maintaining resilient relationships at C-level and with executive stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing long-term account strategies with clear growth targets
  • Identifying new business potential across all Xebia services
  • Advising executives on AI, Cloud, Data, Software Engineering, and Digital Transformation
  • Managing complex sales processes involving multiple decision-makers and international stakeholders
  • Orchestrating cross-disciplinary teams from Consulting, Delivery, Presales, and partners
  • Owning revenue, profitability, forecasting, and account planning
  • Leading strategic tenders and negotiating enterprise contracts
  • Actively positioning Xebia as a trusted advisor in the Swiss enterprise market
  • Representing Xebia at executive events, client events, and market initiatives

Your Superpower

  • Several years of experience in strategic enterprise account management or executive sales
  • Proven track record of growing complex key accounts with significant revenue growth
  • Confident presence at C-level with strong executive presence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of personal ownership
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and bring together diverse stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of AI, Cloud, Data, Software Engineering, or Digital Transformation
  • Strong consulting, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong closing skills and enthusiasm for developing new business opportunities
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • An established network in the Swiss enterprise market is a clear advantage
