We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead the delivery of all Xebia services for our key client based in Paris, France. This role demands close collaboration with the Xebia team (Delivery Managers, Global Client Partner, service line & CoE leaders, resourcing managers, and Xebia leadership) and the client to ensure a seamless experience, service continuity, and support for upsell/cross-sell activities that drive the client's business and strengthen our relationship. 

The Program Manager will drive account transformation by proactively managing current projects, large deals, strategic client conversations, deal quality (shifting to mature, outcome-based collaboration), and delivery plan execution. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client-Facing: 

  • own and execute global and regional programs as the first point of contact for delivery and operations across all regions where Xebia serves the client,
  • partner closely with C-suite client stakeholders: deliver regular progress updates, gather feedback, and ensure top-notch performance,
  • participate in cross-region client discussions (online and in-person), including global governance and reporting,
  • build business-value frameworks, agree on delivery metrics and KPIs to meet client expectations, and provide regular progress reports,
  • make delivery excellence, innovation, and acceleration visible to the client within agreed success criteria and metrics,
  • highlight added value and showcase it to the client,
  • ensure delivery continuity and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities in close cooperation with the Global Client Partner, serving as the primary face to the client in Paris and other locations,

Internal: 

  • build and implement a strategic delivery plan to position Xebia as a true global partner, including joint strategies with the client, fulfillment, performance management, innovation, and solutioning support,
  • track delivery effectiveness, improvements, and program profitability,
  • partner intimately with Delivery Managers (Poland, India, Netherlands, and beyond) for cross-region alignment, 
  • collaborate with the Global Client Partner for seamless internal communication with Xebia global leadership and the client, 
  • support the Global Client Partner in expanding the client across service lines and locations by identifying needs, adapting our global portfolio, and ensuring CoE readiness across areas and regions, 
  • engage in tandem with key Xebia team members (architects, consultants, BAs) and the presales team to lead new client initiatives,
  • report delivery progress in regular internal governance sessions to Xebia stakeholders, ensuring sufficient support via appraisals/escalations as needed, 
  • oversee global resourcing processes and establish frameworks for a scalable delivery model,
  • engage all Xebia service lines and CoEs to maximize client value from our services and partner network.  

 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building 

  • excel at stakeholder management, forging strong, trusted relationships with internal and external partners while expanding them organization-wide, 
  • balance Xebia and client interests effectively ("one foot in Xebia, one foot in the client"),
  • proven track record leading distributed, multi-regional teams (e.g., Poland, Netherlands, India; potentially France), 
  • exhibit an unbiased, global mindset unbound by regions or CoEs,
  • native-level French and advanced English required,
  • proven experience conducting business with French companies and understanding the nuances of French business culture. 

Commercial Skills 

  • demonstrate a strong commercial mindset, translating strategic IT objectives into actionable client plans, 
  • discuss and present high-level strategies and innovations (e.g., new technologies) confidently with clients. 

Program Management & Domain Knowledge 

  • bring robust experience managing large programs and deals for global clients, with the capability for technical discussions and oversight across streams (engineering, consulting) and client industries, 
  • familiarity with financial services, benefits, engagement, or payments domains is a plus, not required. 

Leadership & People Skills 

  • adopt a people-centric approach: align and motivate teams around shared goals, 
  • operate fluidly across levels—from strategic to operational, client to team. 

Organizational Fit & Values 

  • align fully with Xebia’s values and business principles, 
  • thrive in mid-sized, consultancy-driven environments (not large corporate settings). 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • having program management certifications. 

Job Location & Business Travel 

  • based in Paris, France, with frequent presence at the client’s office in Issy-les-Moulineaux, 
  • willing to travel to Xebia service locations and other client sites across Europe and the globe.
