Position: Senior AEM Software Developer
Position Overview:
The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Adobe Experience
Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AEM, a strong background in software development, and the
ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using Adobe Experience Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Lead the implementation of AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Ensure best practices are followed in AEM development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM applications.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on AEM best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends and technologies in AEM Development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
- Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
- Experience with Git version control.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, influence, and generate enthusiasm among team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AEM Developer Expert Certification
- Developer Expert certification | Adobe Experience Manager
- AEM Forms Backend Developer professional certification | Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
