Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will collaborate closely with the US based Sales Team, SDR Manager and Marketing to carry out outbound prospecting, develop interest from target accounts, and drive sales opportunities in their respective territory (Domain/Service Line). This is a strategic position that requires someone who is incredibly motivated, curious, creative, energetic, and results oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and map prospects across various domains and service offerings.
  • Make proactive outbound touch points (i.e. email, LinkedIn InMail, calling) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hubspot etc.
  • Curate and manage outreach sequences, developing targeted messaging and reaching out via email, phone and LinkedIn.
  • Work on various campaigns on an on-going basis
  • Collaborate closely with the US sales team and SDR Manager to target priority accounts and buying groups in specified territories.
  • Analyze customer needs, identify business obstacles and low-hanging opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and F2F meetings.
  • Qualify leads and potential opportunities.
  • Partner with the team to strategize on account coverage and nurturing.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team, facilitate prep meetings in advance, and ensure seamless information transfer for a positive customer experience.
  • Assist the marketing team by managing outbound efforts for specific summits and expos.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity targets.
  • Monitor opportunity progression and pipeline generation.
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • Past SDR/Sales experience
  • Desire to learn and succeed in enterprise-level Solution Selling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, open floor and competitive environment
  • Prior successful cold calling or SDR experience in a sales target achieving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
