Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Trainer to deliver world-class training programs in Applied AI, Agentic AI, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with deep hands-on expertise in modern AI technologies, strong communication skills, and proven experience in corporate or professional training environments.

This role will focus primarily on training delivery, content development, and supporting presales conversations for AI skilling programs across enterprise and academic clients.

Key Responsibilities 

Training Delivery (Primary Focus — 60–70%)

  • Deliver high-quality, instructor-led trainings (virtual and in-person) on:
    • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
    • Agentic AI
    • Generative AI
    • AI for Engineering, Development, and Data-related roles.
    • Foundational ML concepts
  • Conduct customized corporate workshops, hands-on bootcamps, hackathons, and upskilling sessions.
  • Ensure high learner satisfaction through engaging, practical, and real-world teaching methods.

Curriculum & Content Development

  • Design and maintain training modules, labs, and assessments for AI, Agentic AI, and GenAI courses.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into learner-friendly material.
  • Continuously update content with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Contribute to building a scalable AI course catalog for enterprises and universities.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning Support (20–30%)

  • Work with sales teams to scope client AI training needs.
  • Provide thought leadership during client discussions and solutioning.
  • Help create proposals, training plans, and learning journey maps for enterprise clients.

Portfolio Enhancement & Innovation

  • Introduce new training formats, hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world project scenarios.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and academic partners for curriculum alignment.
  • Participate in Train-the-Trainer (T3) initiatives.

Qualifications 

Professional Experience

  • 8–12 years total experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or data-related fields.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a corporate trainer, instructor, or technical educator.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building AI/ML or GenAI-based solutions (industry, consulting, or project work).
  • Proven track record of delivering technical training to enterprise or university audiences.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI workflows.
  • Good understanding of Agentic AI, including building agents using frameworks like LangChain, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude, OpenAI API, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Python
    • AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn)
    • GenAI toolsets (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, vector databases, RAG pipelines)
  • Experience with at least one major cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Ability to build and demonstrate hands-on labs, notebooks, and real-world examples.
  • Authorized Instructor for any cloud services provider will be an added advantage

Training & Communication Skills

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to audiences at different skill levels.
  • Comfortable managing large groups and interactive sessions.

Nice-to-Have

    • Experience developing structured learning journeys or training paths for enterprises.
    • Certifications in AI/ML, cloud AI services, or instructional design.
    • Experience participating in RFPs for learning programs.
