We serve thousands of businesses ranging from SMEs to multinational enterprises, and process millions of transactions monthly. We’re proud to be featured on among the fastest growing companies by Y-Combinator.
Why this role exists
Designing for developers is a distinct craft. The interface is often the dashboard, the API reference, the sandbox, the error states, and the logs, information-dense surfaces for a technical audience with little patience for friction. This role makes the developer's experience clear, fast, and trustworthy across those surfaces.
What you'll own
- Product design for the developer dashboard and integration surfaces.
- Information design for docs and API reference, in partnership with Engineering and content.
- Error states, empty states, sandbox and testing flows, the moments where developers get stuck.
- Discovery with developers, and close collaboration with the DevEx PM and Engineering.
How you will work
You report to the Product Design & UX Director for Customer Lifecycle and are embedded with the Developer Experience PM and Engineering as the design owner for developer-facing surfaces. You adopt and extend the domain design system rather than owning it, partnering with the senior design-system lead on shared patterns, so your time is weighted toward product work from the start. The domain works from validated findings rather than assumptions and values direct, candid critique.
What we're looking for
- Product-design craft with evidence of designing for technical, developer, or data-dense products. A portfolio is a must.
- Comfort with information-dense UI, dashboards, tables, complex states.
- The ability to partner closely with engineers. You work well alongside technical teams.
A strong plus: having designed docs, API reference, or developer tools; technical literacy; fintech experience.
