Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist to manage the customised solution, ServiceNow development, ITIL foundation and Stakeholder management knowledge.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Custom Application Management:
    • Provide support and maintenance for custom ServiceNow applications.
    • Work directly with custom applications to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Incident and Change Management:
    • Manage and resolve incidents related to custom applications, adhering to defined SLAs.
    • Implement change requests following established change management procedures.
    • Work within the Incident, Problem, and Change Management frameworks.
  • Technical Development:
    • Develop and maintain Service Portal components (Widgets, Widget Instances, Pages).
    • Develop and maintain server-side logic using:
      • Flow Designer (Sub flows and Actions)
      • Workflows
      • Business Rules
      • Script Includes
      • Notifications
      • Email Scripts
      • Outbound REST Message Integration
      • Transform Maps
    • Develop and maintain client-side logic using:
      • Client Scripts
      • UI Policies
      • UI Actions
    • Proficient in debugging ServiceNow application issues.
  • Reporting and Dashboards:
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into application performance and usage.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven working experience with ServiceNow Custom Applications.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Proficiency in debugging ServiceNow application issues.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow server-side and client-side development.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
