
Project Manager
Functional Responsibilities
- Provide overall program management, leadership, and oversight for all FMASS task areas.
- Oversee execution and delivery of financial reporting, audit, data quality, program operations, and financial management support services.
- Coordinate with AFMS leadership, CORs, and Government stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities, schedules, and funding constraints.
- Manage staffing, resource allocation, and task prioritization across all labor categories.
- Monitor contract performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR.
- Ensure contractor compliance with contract terms, DOJ policy, OMB guidance, and applicable federal standards.
- Provide executive-level reporting, metrics, dashboards, and status briefings.
- Support AFP leadership with respect to legislative, policy, and FOIA matters at the oversight and coordination level, not execution.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance across contractor teams.
- Maintain integrated master schedule for deliverables and Government suspense dates (PBCs, quarterly notes, NFR/CAP cycles).
- Ensure traceability standards are met for all analytical products (source system, extract date, query/report ID, version)
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, public administration, or project management from an accredited institution
- CPA or CGFM preferred
- Minimum 10 years’ documented experience leading Federal financial, budget, and audit support projects
- Minimum10 years’ experience serving as audit liaison supporting external Federal auditors
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing multi-disciplinary teams supporting data quality, audit, and financial management
- Demonstrated experience supporting Federal programs with legislative, policy, or FOIA coordination
