Commercial Operations Specialist ( RevOps)  India (Remote)

About the Role:

XO Health is seeking a hands-on Commercial Operations Specialist to support our US-based sales team and commercial leadership, and help strengthen how we manage sales, marketing, pipeline and commercial data. This is a broad, practical RevOps role rather than a senior strategic position. The right candidate is comfortable getting into the detail: administering our CRM and marketing automation platform, supporting both sales and marketing activity, and turning commercial data into clear reporting and actionable insight.

Beyond systems, you will contribute directly to the KPIs and deliverables of the sales and marketing team, namely generating and qualifying sales leads and executing on our brand and product marketing strategy. You will become a key operational partner to the commercial team, making sure our CRM is well managed, our pipeline is visible and accurate, our marketing activity is properly tracked, and the team has the data and processes it needs to perform.

Responsibilities:

1. CRM ownership
  • Own day-to-day administration and optimization of our CRM (GoHighLevel).
  • Manage and improve CRM structure, fields, lifecycle stages, pipelines and workflows.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy and hygiene.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows, lead routing and notifications.
  • Help sales and marketing get more out of the CRM, and troubleshoot issues as they come up.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Ensure the CRM reflects agreed commercial processes and the customer journey.
2. Marketing automation and campaigns
  • Build, execute and/or oversee marketing campaigns within the platform.
  • Support email campaigns, lead nurturing, segmentation and campaign workflows.
  • Make sure leads are captured, tracked and routed correctly.
  • Support, and over time own, elements of day-to-day marketing activity.
  • Report on campaign performance, lead generation and conversion.
3. Sales support and lead generation
  • Support the commercial team with lead generation and qualification.
  • Identify, organize and prioritize prospects and leads.
  • Support inside-sales activity where needed, including lead research, qualification and follow-up.
  • Work with sales to improve pipeline quality, conversion and visibility.
  • Flag gaps or bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend improvements.
4. Commercial reporting and dashboards
  • Own commercial reporting within the CRM.
  • Build and maintain a live pipeline dashboard used directly in commercial meetings, covering:
    • Pipeline value and pipeline by stage
    • New opportunities and lead generation
    • Conversion rates and sales activity
    • Marketing and campaign performance
    • Forecast / expected revenue
  • Keep reporting simple, accurate and easy for non-technical stakeholders to use.
  • Continuously improve the reporting available to the commercial team.
5. Broader revenue operations

More broadly, this person will support all things RevOps across the business, which could include sales process improvement, marketing operations, data and pipeline management, automation, commercial analytics, forecasting support, sales and marketing alignment, process documentation, systems and integrations, and ad hoc commercial analysis. The role will evolve as the commercial organization grows, so flexibility and a willingness to get involved across different areas are important.

What we’re looking for:

Essential
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in RevOps, sales operations, marketing operations, commercial operations, CRM or a closely related role.
  • Strong hands-on CRM experience (ideally GoHighLevel), across both CRM and marketing automation, not just CRM administration.
  • Practical experience building workflows, reports, dashboards and automations.
  • Regular, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) in your day-to-day work, and curiosity about using them to work smarter.
  • Experience supporting sales and/or marketing teams.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnels, lead management and pipeline processes.
  • Comfortable working with data and translating it into useful commercial insight.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with sales, marketing and leadership stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with the US healthcare ecosystem (employer benefits, health plans, brokers or TPAs).
  • Experience in a B2B, SaaS or technology environment.
  • GoHighLevel certification.
  • Experience running email or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM integrations and other commercial tools.
  • Basic understanding of forecasting and revenue analytics.
  • Experience supporting a US-based or international commercial team.
Who thrives here :

Someone hands-on, commercially minded and adaptable, who can move comfortably between CRM administration, marketing campaigns, lead generation, sales support, pipeline reporting and commercial analysis.

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant certifications.

₹500,000 - ₹1,500,000 INR
