Paid Media Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify high-value target audiences and advertising opportunities.
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit and others) to drive brand awareness, user activity lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources across all paid media channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data using advanced analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest paid media trends and platform updates, continuously adapting and refining Xometry’s paid media strategy.
- Partner closely with marketing leadership to understand business priorities and how that translates into paid media execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Xometry, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and present clear and concise paid media roadmaps and reports to senior leadership, communicating the strategy, progress, and expected impact on business goals.
You’re the Perfect Fit If You Have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable skills).
- 3+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful campaigns that drive significant ROI and business growth.
- Deep understanding of paid media best practices across various platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing analytics platforms to track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and responding quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for paid advertising and a strong understanding of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display Networks, Excel and Google Sheets, Looker or similar BI tools
