Xometry is looking for a Marketing Operations Associate to join our marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to directly support our core mission by helping our network of thousands of manufacturers succeed. You'll be a key part of the team responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining with our manufacturing partners through a wide range of marketing activities.

You'll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketing and operations experts. If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for executing effective marketing campaigns and driving impact, this role is for you.

  • What You'll Do:

    • Digital Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters,and other targeted communications to our manufacturing partners.
    • Content & Community Management:
      • Create and manage content for our partner community, including discussion posts, webinars, and educational guides.
      • Help develop educational materials to improve key performance indicators for our partners.
      • Draft and edit marketing copy for various channels, ensuring all communications are clear, on-brand, and resonate with our manufacturing audience.
    • Relationship & Automation:
      • Monitor and optimize automation campaigns to boost partner engagement and reduce churn.
      • Work with internal teams to understand partner needs and create marketing initiatives that support their growth.
    • Performance & Budgeting:
      • Track and report on campaign performance, using data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
      • Manage and track partner marketing budget activities.
  • What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital or partner marketing preferred.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or a related field.
    • Exceptional Communicator: You have strong writing and editing English skills, with a knack for simplifying complex, technical information.
    • Detail-Oriented: A high level of attention to detail and accuracy is a must for managing multiple projects.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office/Google Suite and Hubspot
    • Problem-Solver: A naturally curious, proactive, and positive "can-do" attitude.
    • Team Player: A strong desire to learn new skills and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
