Marketing Operations Specialist

Xometry is currently seeking a highly-motivated, data-driven, and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist with a desire to join our team. This person will be responsible for executing targeted marketing automation and email campaigns, building and testing various promotions of the Xometry manufacturing on demand platform, developing ABM and retention-based tactics for key companies, and working on technical marketing projects. This position will report directly to the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager.
Responsibilities Include:
● Leverage marketing automation tools to automate transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer activation, retention, and referrals
● Support day-to-day operations of our creative email marketing campaigns with highly-technical content, including email building, deployment, list segmentation, and customer churn mitigation
● Measure, analyze, and present campaign performance focusing on KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates
● Ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity of customer and contact lists in multiple databases
● Work closely with the Marketing Operations Technical Specialist to pipe key data streams to our CRMs, work on integration projects, and troubleshoot data
● Develop and manage an integrated framework for onboarding new B2B customers, driving repeat business, and increase referrals and maintain comprehensive documentation of our processes
● Work across the organization (Sales, Product, Data Science, Operations, Development, CS, etc.) to continuously improve the customer journey
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Business, or related field
● 2+ years of digital marketing experience with user segmentation, email marketing programs, in a high-growth, high-tech environment
● Results-driven with a keen focus on metrics. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
● Proven experience leveraging HubSpot to create automated nurture campaigns, email campaign development, and manage segmented buyer journeys through workflows
● Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, and other customer-data platforms (Hubspot, Iterable, Salesforce, Segment, Tealium, Workato, Marketo, Eloqua, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Ambassador, etc.)
● Strong attention to detail is a must
● Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Amplitude, Tableau, GA)
● Understanding and working knowledge of HTML and CSS
● Working knowledge of SQL or other code-based languages is a plus
● Excellent verbal/written communication skills
● Demonstrated ability to define/undertake work assignments with minimal supervision
● History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
● Solid project management skills, with the ability to organize and prioritize (Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, or Trello is a plus)
