Field Solutions Engineer, Strategic Programs
Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.
The Field Solutions Engineer, Strategic Programs is a field-deployed technical role that lives close to the customer and close to the shop floor. This person is responsible for growing business at existing strategic accounts by identifying, qualifying, and standing up new production programs, and for enabling Xometry's manufacturing partners to execute those programs successfully once they are won.
This is a hybrid of solutions engineering, account growth, and program execution. Success requires someone who is technically credible with engineers and machinists, commercially minded with procurement and program leadership, and comfortable operating independently in the field with minimal oversight.
This role reports into the Strategic Program Enablement team.
