Principal Program Manager, Auto & Industrial

Waltham, MA

Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity.

The Principal Program Manager owns a portfolio of Xometry's most complex and highest-value production programs, often several concurrent programs of $5M or more each, from award through launch and into steady-state supply. This person is the primary point of contact for the customer, leads the cross-functional and partner teams that deliver the program, and is accountable for quality, delivery, and financial results.

Alongside individual programs, this role improves how Xometry runs programs overall. The Principal Program Manager sets the standard for program management practice, drives operational improvements that let the program portfolio scale, and mentors other program managers on the team.
