Sales Process Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Oversight: Oversee the processing of all sales orders, from initial receipt from the sales team to final handover to operations, ensuring all orders are accurate and meet company standards.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Serve a team member between sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth transitions of client deals and clear communication across departments.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control measures to reduce errors and optimise the accuracy of order details.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the sales process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales coordination or process management role, preferably as a team leader.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising between multiple departments.
  • Proficient in CRM and ERP software, with strong overall computer skills.

Work conditions

  • Full time remote, working hours from 8.00am to 5.00pm CET
