RFQ Specialist

We are looking for a: RFQ Specialist
to join our Operations team and support supplier sourcing and pricing processes.
The primary goal of this role is to manage supplier quotations and RFQ documentation, ensure pricing aligns with client needs, and collaborate across departments to deliver accurate, competitive proposals. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and confident working across multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with potential suppliers.
• Collect, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to meet client-specific requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve the best value for the company.
• Prepare and present clear and complete RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents and pricing proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all RFQ activities and supplier communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, and other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional coordination.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to support strategic RFQ decision-making.
A successful candidate:
• Languages:
Has strong written and spoken English (B2/C1). Additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience:
Prior experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management is required.
Experience in the metalworking or on-demand manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with ERP systems and experience using transactional IT systems is preferred.
• Skills and Work Style:
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple RFQs at once.
Demonstrates a results-driven approach and works efficiently under deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with accurate record-keeping.
Comfortable solving unexpected or complex issues independently.

Has a reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and can fully participate in remote meetings and tasks.
This position is 100% remote.
