Vice President, International Partner Network

Xometry is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Vice President of International Partner Network to lead and scale our Partner Network teams across China, Europe, and Turkey. This role is critical to expanding and deepening our global supply base, ensuring partner success, and enabling fulfillment of customer orders across the US, Europe, and Asia. The VP will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, onboarding, ongoing development, and performance management, with the ultimate goal of creating a resilient, scalable, and high-performing network of manufacturing partners that delivers exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner Acquisition & Growth (Hunting and Onboarding):

  • Lead strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network in China, Europe, and Turkey.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for identifying and onboarding high-quality manufacturing partners across CNC, 3D printing, sheet metal, injection molding, and other capabilities.
  • Establish efficient onboarding and training programs to ensure partners are equipped to succeed on the platform.

2. Partner Success & Performance Management:

  • Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across key operational metrics (quality, delivery, responsiveness, etc.).
  • Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement programs to elevate partner capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Quality teams to address partner performance gaps and enhance service delivery.

3. International Fulfillment & Network Optimization:

  • Align international partner supply with demand across customer orders in the US, Europe, and Asia to optimize cost, lead time, and quality.
  • Drive network effects by fostering healthy competition, specialization, and strategic capacity planning.
  • Work cross-functionally with Global Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support international order routing and fulfillment.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor regional Partner Network Managers and acquisition teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Serve as the voice of international partners internally, providing insights and driving initiatives that support partner health and growth.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in global supply chain, manufacturing operations, partner management, or B2B marketplace leadership.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling international supply networks, ideally in China, Europe, or Turkey.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing technologies and sourcing dynamics in industrial sectors.
  • Experience with performance management systems and supplier development programs.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; fluency in English required (additional languages a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed (25-50%).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a high-growth tech or marketplace environment.
  • Familiarity with digital manufacturing platforms or Industry 4.0 technologies.
  • Operational experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.
