About the role

We are looking for a Technical Engineering Advisor (DFM Engineer) to join a fast-growing, technology-driven manufacturing environment. In this role, you will work at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing feasibility, and deal auditing, supporting projects across Turkey and Europe.

You will be involved in evaluating manufacturability, supporting audits, and ensuring that engineering and production decisions are aligned with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Deal & Audit Support

  • Support audit and review of Turkish deals (L2G and L2L), ensuring manufacturability, feasibility, and compliance with technical requirements

  • Participate in audit support for European deals, providing engineering input and DFM recommendations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and manufacturing questions during deal evaluation

DFM & Engineering Activities

  • Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis on customer designs and technical documentation

  • Evaluate part feasibility across manufacturing technologies, including metal processing and 3D printing

  • Identify potential production risks, cost drivers, and lead-time constraints at early stages

  • Propose design and process improvements to optimize manufacturability, quality, and cost

  • Support internal and external stakeholders with technical explanations and recommendations

Manufacturing & Technology Support

  • Review drawings, CAD models, and specifications for compliance with manufacturing capabilities

  • Support feasibility discussions with suppliers and manufacturing partners

  • Stay up to date with modern manufacturing technologies, tools, and software

Operational & Team Collaboration

  • Work in a dynamic, fast-growing business environment with evolving processes

  • Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to adapt to changing priorities

  • Be open to overtime work when required by project timelines


Language Skills

  • Turkish — fluent

  • English — fluent

  • Russian — fluent


Education & Technical Background

  • Higher engineering education (Mechanical Engineering, Metal Processing Engineering, or related field)

  • Knowledge and/or practical experience in metal processing

  • Knowledge and/or experience in 3D printing technologies

  • Strong IT and technology mindset, eager to learn and apply modern tools and software

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing business

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to change

  • High level of responsibility and ownership
