Drafting Engineer

We are looking for: Drafting Engineer who will strengthen our Engineering & Operations team.
The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation (drawings and 3D models) for production orders and support the manufacturing process by preparing, checking, and maintaining all required engineering data.
Responsibilities:
- Verify that drawings and 3D models are available in production orders and comply with order parameters
- Create missing drawings or develop 3D models when required
- Independently retrieve necessary technical data from internal systems and databases
- Upload and maintain accurate documentation (orders, drawings, and models) in internal systems
- Support the production process by ensuring technical documentation is complete and correct
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in engineering data
- Ensure high quality and accuracy of all engineering outputs
A successful candidate:
- Speaks and conducts business correspondence in English (B1 level or higher)
- Has at least 1 year of experience in an engineering role, preferably mechanical engineering
- Has experience with CAD software (Fusion 360, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Can read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Has a strong interest in manufacturing and production processes
- Is willing to learn and develop professionally
- Is detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Is ready to solve non-standard engineering tasks
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Understanding of CNC machining (milling, turning) and sheet metal manufacturing
- Familiarity with 3D printing technologies
- Knowledge of finishing and post-processing processes
Working conditions:
- Remote full-time position
- Working hours: CET (evening shift)
