At Xometry Türkiye, we are on an exciting growth journey to reshape the future of manufacturing through technology and digitalization. As part of this journey, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our global HR team and take ownership of all HR operations in Türkiye.

This is not a team management role. Rather, it is a position for a self-driven HR professional who will independently manage Türkiye’s regional HR processes and take initiative in both daily operations and strategic HR topics. The role requires owning, improving, and executing existing processes within a dynamic, remote-first, and growing organization.

 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

As our Regional HR Manager in Xometry Türkiye, you’ll be responsible for running all aspects of the employee lifecycle – from hiring and onboarding to performance management and engagement – while ensuring compliance with Turkish labor law and collaborating with global HR teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Take full ownership of all HR operations in Türkiye, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure full compliance with Turkish labor law, SGK, and all legal HR obligations.
  • Act as the single point of contact for employees and managers in Türkiye, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance.
  • Manage payroll processes with external service providers.
  • Design and implement HR policies tailored to the remote-first, dynamic structure of our Türkiye team.
  • Support and improve internal communication, employee satisfaction, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development activities in line with business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global HR team (US, EMEA, China) to ensure alignment with Xometry’s global HR strategies and standards.
  • Proactively support leadership in workforce planning, change management, and organizational development initiatives.

 

 

What it takes:

 

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with end-to-end ownership of HR processes.
  • Experience working in dynamic, remote or hybrid work environments; scale-up/start-up experience is a strong plus.
  • Deep knowledge of Turkish labor law, payroll, and HR compliance practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
